“Post Love Clarity” is a visual record of the emotional states that accompanied me in the years following the end of a long-term romantic relationship. It is an attempt to capture the moment in which reality begins to merge with fantasy, and the inner world loses its balance. A state far from equilibrium — where we no longer fully recognize ourselves, and the remnants of past feelings, longing, and imagined possibilities quietly shape our everyday existence.

This project speaks to the slow, uneven process of healing after loss. A process that is difficult, frustrating, and very painful — one that many refer to, yet few are able to truly articulate. We move through phases of rejection, sadness, numbness, desperation, fleeting intimacy, and the attempt to restore our sense of worth through the gaze or touch of another. At times we climb forward, only to fall back again. It is a gradual ascent up an invisible ladder — one without guaranteed resolution, but with the hopeful promise that somewhere on the horizon, love may appear once more. This time, perhaps more conscious, grounded, and whole.

In a world where the pursuit of love has become obsessive and rejection almost commonplace, “Post Love Clarity” creates a space for feeling. The images draw from real conversations, personal experience, and visual interpretations of emotional states — moments in which the boundary between interior and exterior becomes unstable and blurred.

I hope that those who encounter this work may recognize fragments of their own stories within it — that the images might offer relief, understanding, or even a brief breath of clarity. A reminder that in this experience, we are not alone.
